Furniture |

| Furniture liquidations can be new or returned products. It is typically priced well below wholesale to move quickly. |

| Furniture closeouts are generally new items. They can be discontinued, the end of a run, a store or wholesaler closing out inventory, or furniture that is put on closeout for some other reason. Closeouts are generally priced well below wholesale. |

| Furniture returns are items that are returned to the store by purchasers. Items can be in new condition but could have minor or major damage. Many loads contain a combination of the three. |

| Jobber goods are goods that are processed or sold by a jobber. They are typically returns or in warehouse damage items. Damage can run from minor to major. Pricing is generally low on these loads. There are quite a few jobber loads on the market. |
